At Country Estates of Agawam, our hard work and efforts are rewarded daily by the patients and residents we serve. Not only are we thanked in person on a regular basis, we receive countless letters, poems and artwork showing appreciation. These stories are representative of many we receive. "The care and tenderness she received from the staff was above and beyond what could be expected. It was loving. Over the past five years the tender and gentle care of her every need and want was fulfilled by wonderful and caring people. She was clean and happy to see the faces of the wonderful caregivers that tended her. She would attempt to sing with one of her friends, and look for another she called her boyfriend...Thank you everyone. The most painful day we shared with you were the final days in Louise's life. You kept her comfortable with dignity! You made sure she was not in pain. More than that you helped us, her children, deal with her loss, and allowed us to stay with her every minute.
